quelle est la cause profonde de cet affront, et de cette irresponsabilité de la compagnie de la couronne?

BA agresse la touriste âgée de 72 ans lors d’un vol. CL (architecte) vivement outrée dans son humanité, dans sa féminité, lors du vol BA 2262 LHR-KIN avec British Airways. Elle porte plainte contre le commandant de bord, pour violence, menaces. BA lui répond:

We’re sorry you were upset by one of our staff when you were travelling from Kingston, Jamaica on 25 March with us recently. Given your medical condition, it’s disappointing to hear that you faced problem when you travelled with us. This isn’t what you should expect when you travel with us,
and we understand why you needed to let us know about it. We’d also like to thank you for your patience while we got back to you about this.
It’s disappointing to hear that you were upset by the service you received from our airport staff when you travelled with us. We don’t underestimate how stressful a flight can be, so we’re particularly disappointed our crew didn’t meet our usual high standards of professionalism. I’ve shared your concerns with the relevant managers, who will take appropriate action straight away.
I can assure you that your feedback is already making a difference. I’ve shared your comments with my colleagues in the relevant team to guide us as we improve our service.
Once again, please accept our apologies for your experience on this trip. We hope to welcome you back on board soon.
